What are song good guitars that have whammy bars already installed that are under $1000?

Strat, SG

"Anybody can play. The note is only 20 percent. The attitude of the motherfucker who plays it is 80 percent." -- Miles Davis

The best will be different for everyone. What type of music do you play then on top of that Whammy bar meaning tremolo (most), fixed (strat), bigsby (often on hollow bodies but can be on any)?

If you are willing to go through some frustration adapting to the floyd rose, it is pretty good. Ibanez s520?

Tremolo is a pulsing volume effect… nothing to do with a whammy bar, even if people have incorrectly used the term 'tremolo arm' in the past.

But yeah, the 'best guitar' depends greatly on what you want from a guitar.
Hey, look. Sigs are back.
