Hello,
I need a footswitch to be able to switch between presets in the eventide h9 in a live situation
I have tons of different sounds for different songs and and therefore I need a footswitch that allows me to do that.
thanks

You get a cable with 5pin din connectors on both ends and you plug the midi out of the controller into the midi in of the h9.
It's as simple as that.

And read both manuals. You may have to set up MIDI channels and such. Chances are that they're both on channel 1 as default, but if it doesn't work straight away .......
Read the manuals. It's not hard, but you have to read the manuals.
