Monarch! - Sabbat Noir II (sludge/funeral doom)

Reverend Glasseye & His Wooden Legs - Midnight Cabaret (old time/punk kinda like tom waits' Blood Money)

ProgFripp, that Monuments track was pretty sick btw. I'm not a fan of the vox, but the instruments were rad.
#12
Enter Sandman - I wouldn't be listening to metal if it weren't for that intro leading into that riff. Voodoo Child - Because it's jimi hendrix
The Regulator by Clutch.
#13
The Ronettes - Be My Baby

The kick, the snare, the guitar, the New York Italien voice slaaaaays me.

Like a Rolling Stone live at The Royal Albert Hall after somebody shouts Judas and the responce is to "Play it ****ing loud" is brilliant.

Glad you liked it man, and yeh the vocals aren't brilliant but their new vocalist is ex-periphery vocalist Chris Barretto and he is much better, really good live, not heard him on any recorded stuff because their new album isn't out til next month but should be good.

Also I made the thread about intros so people might want to have a quick listen without spending too much time, such negativity

Killing in the Name stands out for some reason, also the build up to Guerrilla Radio.

Build up to Can't Stop by RHCP.

New Noise - Refused, classic.

Smoke Two Joints - Sublimes version... Reefers!

All My Best Friends are Metal Heads - Less than Jake

Jenny Was a Friend of Mine - The Killers

Off the top of my head, list could go on and on.
Dance in the moonlight my old friend twilight

I dunno. For me Ants of the Sky, Mordecai, and Selkies are all about the endings. Alaska has a pretty good intro but I like Prequel to the Sequel's better.

Megalomaniac by Incubus.

Circles by Incubus

Prayer of the Refugee by Rise Against

Self Esteem by the Offspring - Laa laa la la la laa laa la la la

Can't Stop by RHCP

3s and 7s by QOTSA

Plug in Baby, Citizen Erased by Muse

Kids by MGMT

Can't think of anymore just now.

By far one of the cruellest riffs to play right. Same with No One Knows.

Ants Of The Sky has an AMAZING ending. If anything, I'd go with Foam Born for the best intro by them.
