Hi all,

Thanks to everyone who posted in my previous posts, I ended up buying a used Vypyr 75 for $200! (Took a while to find a seller)

I would like some settings that cover metallica, megadeth and a little dream theater, I don't ever understand the settings that people give, and I am a little confused of how I change the stompbox settings and delay and reverb etc.

thanks.

This site is immensely useful for Vypyr owners. You can search settings by band, for settings people have contributed.

I think you may have to register to see the diagrams of where the knobs are set.

Clue: amplifiers amplify so don't turn it on if you need quiet.

Compared to highs its not that low, just barely trailing behind. For bedroom playing i dont see whats the problem, especially if its metallica album tone he is after.

I thought it said 8.5 on the treble.

But yeah, your right for playing in a bedroom it would be fine

I run my amp at 7.5 bass, 5.5 mids, and 7 for trebble it gives the feel of scooped mids with the ability to not sound like shit above A3 (the A string). But with a bass player I roll back my bass but keep everything else the same.

I'd honestly fap to anything with a set of genitals as long as I find it aesthetically appealing.
