^ I've just realised if you say Simple Plan's 2011 effort "Get Your Heart On!" really fast in a Southern American accent, it sounds gross. . .like sexual gross!

Band of Gypsys by Jimi Hendrix?

we have a winner!

aren't you guys guitar heads?
#32
You do know only half that album is recorded in 1970 right? Secondly as much as I used to idolize Jimi and respect his influence on music, I wouldn't consider this album a "classic"
#33
Classic more on a linear timeline than by defining hour of music.

I did, i think. I have another one that's recorded on new years eve, I think @ the fillmore?

The whole album is recorded over two days, one on New Years eve 1969 and the other on New Years day 1970 at the Fillmore. That's why at the beginning of Machine Gun Jimi says "Happy new year"

God I used to listen to this album so much. >.>

You gave a bad hint I don't know that one but anyone could easily just google the answer. At least with the last question there would have been multiple possibilities.
