What guitar(s) would be good for Pop Rock, Alternative, Pop Punk, and Acoustic genres

#1
What's up brahs. I'm currently in the market for my first guitar (moving out soon), I was looking through some of my songs and most of the stuff I write are related to those genres.

These are examples of songs I write to give you a better idea of what I'm looking for:

Pop Rock:
The Maine

Alternative:
Three Days Grace (I write a little post-grunge too)
https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=lL2ZwXj1tXM

Young Guns
https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=qk3vjIDuy9w

Pop Punk:
Boys Like Girls
https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=JGPgxoIPY6Q

Acoustic/Acoustic Pop:
Secondhand Serenade
https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=wZmvJknzLfU

The Vamps
https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=sCDdQwVRwxM

I was thinking maybe an electric-acoustic would do (I'm kinda looking for an "all-in-one" things since I can't afford to get two different guitars). But, I don't really know. I'll also most likely be living in an apartment so what equipment would I need to get so I won't disturb others.

Thanks for any suggests and help guys.

DevonAero, I recommend making a thread like this in the electric guitar forum:
https://www.ultimate-guitar.com/forum/forumdisplay.php?f=26

BUT! HOLD ON!

Before you click post new thread in that forum, though...read this sticky...you'll thank me later:

Fyi, the only thing you have down is favorite artists or whatever. The electric guitar forum needs the other stuff (see sticky) before they can help you.

Nah man, get an electric and an acoustic effect pedal.
Search around for guitars around 200-300 bucks.
I've got an Epiphone which does the job

I feel like an amp is more important though. don't take mine (check my signature )

electric-acoustic is not made for pop-punk.
My Soundcloud

My beginner rig:

Epiphone Goth G-400 SG
Line 6 Spider IV (Don't judge me, I was young and stupid)
Stagg SW203N
Yamaha APX500

I'd recommend anything, B.C. Rich or Schecter, and if you got the cash a Petrucci Music Man 7 string, the more strings the better when it comes to electro pop

what you need, ts, is a new amp.

or a really shitty guitar. Because pop punk does NOT deserve a quality instrument.
