Hi everyone,
I'm wondering how to get a similar tone to Robert Fripp's on the Red album. I'm playing through a Gibson Les Paul and a Laney VC-15. He's playing through the neck pickup, with tone rolled down right? What can I do with the EQ's to get a closer sound? I've read that he used something like a Big Muff pedal for that great sustain, so that might be a nice pedal to buy next?

Starting at 25 seconds is what I'm looking to get a similar sound to, it's so thick and warm
Thanks.

Yeah, sounds like some kind of a fuzz pedal and tone rolled down.

Just remember that there are no boring scales, just boring players.
