Hi all I have an old Magnum Strat copy (Ive had it for 10 years and It was 2nd hand then) it plays good for a cheap copy but I would like to know how to find the manufacture date, can anyone point me in the right direction.

Is there a serial number on it?

I don't know for sure but normally a serial number has the manufacturing date in there somewhere, it's just a matter of deciphering the thing (it's often the first few digits, bit not always). with a more obscure guitar like yours, though, don't hold your breath that the info will be readily available
I'm an idiot and I accidentally clicked the "Remove all subscriptions" button. If it seems like I'm ignoring you, I'm not, I'm just no longer subscribed to the thread. If you quote me or do the @user thing at me, hopefully it'll notify me through my notifications and I'll get back to you.

I'll have to put the Classic T models on my to-try list. Shame the finish options there are Anachronism Gold, Nuclear Waste and Aged Clown, because in principle the plaintop is right up my alley.

Presumably because the CCF (Combined Corksniffing Forces) of MLP and Gibson forums would rise up against them, plunging the land into war.

Thanks for the replys'
Yep Magnums are a bit crappy it cracks, pops and buzzes.
But after saying that its got a real easy action and it was the first electric I bought so I an sort of attached to it.
If I was really pushed I would probably sell one of my other guitars before this one, No just joking - I wouldnt sell any.
Thanks anyway.

Im glad your joking dude... You'd never get actual monies for it... I say this as a former Magnum owner... (It was an unwanted gift)
