Hi guys,

I've got a collection of vintage Yamaha electric guitars that I want to record some sound samples of to share with some other collectors and the world in general.

If you were going to demonstrate a guitar in maybe a minute's worth of audio, what would you play? I'm looking for ideas for both clean and dirty sounds, as I'm not the greatest improviser when playing on my own - give me a band and I'm alright but this is different

Stuff with rhythm riffs and go into little lead licks maybe? Anything that would show off as many aspects of a guitar's personality as possible that aren't massively complicated..

Suggestions?

Thanks
