What kind of guitar do you have? Does it have a tremolo bridge or a fixed bridge?

If it's fixed bridge, just adjust the bridge height. If it's a tremolo bridge, tighten your springs (or add a spring). Your string gauge may also be too heavy.

If it has springs in the back, it is a tremolo bridge. Tighten the springs. If it doesn't work, you need to add more springs. Where did you buy it? Take it back to the store. They should do a free setup.

^ yeah.

it's sort of a balancing act between the springs in the back and the tuning, for what it's worth.

I'll have to put the Classic T models on my to-try list. Shame the finish options there are Anachronism Gold, Nuclear Waste and Aged Clown, because in principle the plaintop is right up my alley.

Presumably because the CCF (Combined Corksniffing Forces) of MLP and Gibson forums would rise up against them, plunging the land into war.
