What spices do you have in your cupboard (herbs are cool too because I don't know the difference)? I typically keep these:

-Salt
-Lemon Pepper
-Garlic
-Paprika
-Cayanne
-Cumin
-Hot Chili Powder
-Oregano
-Parsley

What do you use certain spices on? What are your favorite?

Cumin is pretty next level and almost all you need
Curry powder is good as well
I like having some ginger also
What you listed is good as well.

I make curry cause that's all you need to make.

rn on my rack i got salt, black peppercorn, garlic salt, oregano, parsley, basil, thyme, onion salt, cinnamon, a special steak rub i make that i forget what's in/cba to go find the piece of paper with the ingredients, rosemary, sun-dried tomato powder

i don't like curry powder. cayenne, paprika and chilli powder are better but i don't really care to use them either.

Oh man, loads of herbs and spices, as well as in my herb garden. On my rack I think I have basil, parsley, thyme, rosemary, oregano, paprika, marjoram, sage, cumin, cinnamon, coriander seeds, caraway, savory, chili pepper, sesame seeds, ginger. I have a whole shit ton in my cupboard though, too many to go through. Obviously stuff like cilantro I like to keep fresh so I don't dry that out and put it on the rack.

Couldn't really say what's in mine.

Most commonly used ones are probably paprika(smoked and sweet), cumin, garam masala, dried chili flakes, curry powder, bay leaves... nothing special, really.

Most herbs that come into the house(in actual plant form, not dried stuff) get fed to my guinea pigs, because they really like them.

its not very hot but it has quite a unique taste. The preperation makes it unique. They collect the pepper and lay it on the ground at mid day, when its around 40C degrees outside. It literally burns and that changes the taste of the pepper. Making it sweet at start, hot later on and the taste lasts for quite a while.

I would definetly suggest it if you can get hold onto some of it. Its nice to use isot because if you use it alot it will definetly be hot, but before you reach that breakpoint, it will give a nice color to your food. Especially inside soup etc.
