Hi there,

We all know colored speaker cones from certain amp manufacturers..I think they look pretty badass.
I was just wondering if if there is a possibility of painting speaker cones.
Will a really thin layer of paint influence the sound? Is this possible with paper cones? (most guitar/bass speakers have paper cones...I guess the paint can soak into them...that can't be good)
What type of paint is good for this purpose? Spray paint maybe?
Is there anyoneone who has any experience with this?

Thanks!
