Just a Dimarzio X2N pickup in the bridge. Nothing special in the guitar otherwise.

Celestion G12-T75 speakers (which are stock in some Marshall cabs) will help too to get that classic death metal scoop. Settings are somewhere in the comments of this video.

*edit* Huh... atleast the settings used to be in the comments. Or maybe it was another vid. But it was something gain maxed, a lot of bass, (valvestate is not exactly a bass heavy amp) treble 12 a clock, mids just a little lower than treble and contour about 2 a clock.
