This is the only thing I can find that's similar, and it's a relatively new custom build, but you may be able to contact them and see if the builder used and particular model of amp for the cabinet idea.

Looks like an old Valco from the 40s. I have a very early Carvin/Kiesel amp from around 1950 that looks similar. 15 watts.
