Posting this now in case I am too busy tomorrow. Japanese heavy/power metal mix. Seems long overdue for some reason although I actually don't listen to a whole lot of Japanese stuff. Enjoy.

Japs were always raw. The rawest form of energy are the japanese. Opening with my most hated song ever is probably a good idea, I will therefore enjoy the rest of this WAY MORE.

EDIT: Where are you taking me with this? I am so confused and I spilled my coffee on my pants.

EDITEDIT: Well good stuff, Kyto: The Betrayer. Sex Machineguns were awesome, and I've already heard Galneryus and X-Japan before, and was already a fan. The FF stuff was awesome too.

Not overly familiar with our eastern brethren, so hopefully some new stuff here.

haha, love the start, can't help but think of long duk dong whenever I hear this.
Nice transition, not sure what it goes into, but it has a very Dismembery vibe which I'm digging.
And then into the choral finale that sounds like it could be from a soundtrack, which is very nice. Again no idea who.

Sex Machineguns - Thankfully better than the name suggests they would be. Vocals are a bit raw, but there's something pretty endearing about them. It's kind of a similar vibe to Stallion with the Speed/glam hybrid. Though I think Stallion do it much better.

I was going to say it reminds me a bit of Powerglove, but looking it does seem to be form Final Fantisy which may explain it.

X-Japan sound pretty tasty to begin with. Again with that sort of glam/speed hybrid. The riffs are pretty nice, kind of remind me of Iced Earth with the fast chug with the accented open power chord. Proper chrous too, like 'ow they they used to make them. I'd heard of the band before, but never gave them the time of day. Kind of regretting it.

Loudness, seems a bit slower, but again, nice riffage. A little mid paced and forgettable, but nice when it's on if that makes sense.

Anthem seem appropriately named. This is class.

Concerto Moon sounds like a familiar name, but I've never lsitened to them. This sounds massive. That solo was pure Yngwie, love it.

Galneryus - so this is what they sound like. I'm digging this a lot. It's like if rhapsody where a trad metla band or something.

Another gamey sounding track, presumably an ending.

Really good mix. Going to be looking into X Japan and Galneryus I think.

What the ever loving **** is "The Massacre" from? I'm just starting this but that sounds insane.

EDIT: Well, after closer inspection it sounds like Intestine Baalism, which, it is, in fact, Intestine Baalism. Shows that I'm not as familiar with Ultimate Instinct as I should be.
