Since i'm Finnish, i try to explain this as in clear english as i can, and try to avoid Finglish.

I was changing strings on my floyd Rose, and the place where you put the string and tighten it in it's place, kinda fell down into the hole. I was able to tighten it, but that string won't ring anymore past the first few frets. The block that secures this string is way lower than the others.

Will i be able to fix this things on my own, or should i take it to a music store?

I'm not sure what they're made of, but if they're magnetic, just use a magnetised screwdriver to lift it up a bit then clamp in place.
Let us know how you get on

Loosen it as far as you can, turn the guitar upside own and shake like you lost your pick in an acoustic

Works like a charm on mine.
