what is the best way to figure out an amp's impedence that is not labeled?

its some POS butchered bassman. cheap, and i think i will just replace all of the components for a blackface or something. its a silver face

Not easily. You need to measure the turns ratio, know what the power amp wants to see then do the math.

Alternatively, does it have a part number on the transformer itself? Google it.
