I want to turn a Strat SSS into a HSS using a Dimarzio Super Distortion. Also I want to include the dual sound (parallel/series) and the coil split option using two switches.

My Question: how can I include these two wiring diagrams in one guitar:

For example: the white and black wire from PDF 1 run to the 3 + 2 pole of the switch. In PDF 2 these two black and white wires run together to pole 6. So can I just use two wires and solder them from pole 3 and 2 of one switch to pole 6 of the other switch?

Or should I use this wiring with just one switch for the job:

Thank you for your answers!

this is a link to another subforum that should be able to get help.
