It's in the E minor pentatonic blues scale, so just the notes E G A A# B D. They might be playing in Eb standard tuning though, so don't be afraid to put the scale down a semitone on the fretboard if it's sounding horribly out.
Some really good software is The Amazing Slow Downer, if you want to learn songs by ear, you can use this software to slow songs down to 20% of the original speed without a drop in pitch; great for learning things like this.
I believe there are methods to download youtube video/audio as well.
