Arrangement wise it sounds good, I like that you had individual notes in places instead of just strumming chords all the time. The strings add a nice depth too. I wonder if it may benefit from a build up into possibly a part with drums and bass, but that would probably completely change the tone of the song, so it works as it is.

Mix wise the vocal track is a little noisy and muffled - might just be the mic you used. The guitars and strings need to be louder too, as the vocals are kind of dominating the mix. Keep up the good work!
