I need to know which one would you suggest and why:

1. Epiphone Les Paul Studio

2. Epiphone Les Paul Standard

3. Epiphone Les Paul Traditional

4. ESP LTD EC-330

or

5. EPIPHONE SG G-400 PRO

Pretty sure the Traditional has the Gibson pickups so I'd go with it. It also gets lots of good reviews

That would be the Tribute. The Traditional has Epiphone Probucker 3/Alnico Classic 3 uncovered zebra pickups.

Then perhaps you need to go to more guitar shops and keep trying different guitars until you find that one guitar that screams BUY ME at you.

It's possible all those guitars merely have a satisfying level of mediocrity and that is the reason you can't decide.

And don't just try LPs & SGs, try everything. Something unexpected may surprise you.

What do you want the guitar to sound like? For the same or less you can get a used ESP LTD EC-401 (EC-1000 if you like the bling) or something similar and is way better craftsmanship.

Are you after Jimmy Paige, Slash, or Zakk Wylde Les Paul sounds?
