I recently bought a new guitar online, and when it arrived it had a great deal of fret buzz. I have raised the string height some, but I still seem to have a little buzz - not as much as before but some. I don't really want to raise the string height more than what I have already because it will get to a point where the strings are too high. So my question is this: Is a certain amount of fret buzz inevitable on an electric guitar? I'm starting to think it's simply the nature of the beast and can't be entirely eliminated.

Usually fret buzz can be fixed. I'm no guitar tech but all of my gats have been set up at my local shop and all with low action and no buzz - even tuned to drop B with strings that resemble something that should be on a bass...here's a simple article which may help:
