I am fairly a new guitarist, I only have been playing for a couple of years now. I am getting pretty good at it, and i was looking to start a band. The amp I'm using right now is a fender mustang I which is clearly not big enough to play on stage. Since I am young I don't have much money but i was wondering if someone could lead me in a good direction for a new and bigger amp. I use mostly use my Epiphone LP custom pro and i have an agile a-2000. I play a lot of rock, doom metal (as in Kadavar, Black Sabbath, Dio, etc.) , classic rock, and alternative. Thanks!

They don't mic you onstage?

I guess good beginning would be to look for anything tube 50 watt 2x12 and above.
Solid state 100 watt and above.
You have to decide how many channels you need, footswitchable or not, etc. I believe there is an amp sticky in the forum.

Yeah i was leaning toward a jet city JCA2212C and getting a cabinet to go along with it. What do you think about the Marshall dsl40c?
