Hi, I'm using jazz III picks, i love them because of their sharp edge, however i find easier to play some riffs with huge picks, but then it's a bit more difficult to play solos.

Perhaps someone can recommend picks that are about 3mm longer than jazz III picks, but still has that sharp edge?

Try the Dunlop John Petrucci Signature - they're about 1/2 way between a normal Ultex sharp and a Jazz III size. They're also made of Ultex.

They make a Jazz III XL!
Dunlop Ultex Sharps also fit the bill.

I tried Ultex Sharps, however they were too large for me, It was uncomfortable to play solos for me :/

I haven't tried Jazz III XLs, are they smaller than ultex sharps?

I've read a lot of good things about the Jazz III Xls and V Picks.

Gonna order a few of both to give 'em a whirl. I used Jazz IIIs for about two years and switched to 2mm Stubbies about a year ago.
I don't believe in signatures. Ah, sh...
