Have anybody has experience with either of those mics in the context of recording reviews. So I need to be able to record both heavy and clean guitar without moving the mic and talk with some clarity.

Snowball will get a pretty accurate recording of your room. It'll get a good balance of your voice and whatever instrument you're holding and/or an amp across the room. It won't be vibey and beautiful or particularly flattering to any specific source, but it'll give you a nice clear and somewhat sterile recording for your reviews.

Do you know if there is a huge difference between the snowball ice and snowball?

I have no experience, sorry. I have a snowflake and it's surprisingly flexible and accurate for such a small thing.

Oh ok man. I get a pretty good discount at work. I might just buy both and kind of a/b them.

This is always the best option! Good luck
