Self explanatory. Post great Jazz and Funk musings. I started listing to a few Jazz artists and I am really starting to get into it. Post anything you like, I am willing to try it. will check back in a few hours.

Jazz does not have to be guitar related.

There shall be a stop to this madness. The battle is not over. My tasty licks aren't going anywhere.

^ I've just realised if you say Simple Plan's 2011 effort "Get Your Heart On!" really fast in a Southern American accent, it sounds gross. . .like sexual gross!

For funk, check out Parliament's Mothership Connection. Poliphony's s/t album is a great jazz fusion album infused with funky riffs and stuff. For Jazz, Miles Davis' Kind of Blue is amazing and if you're ever in a position where you need some smooth music to impress a date then A Love Supreme by Coltrane is the way to go. I've been falling in love with Charles Mingus myself but he was suggested by someone else.

I forgot that it was the title track, so I thought he was referring to the song and I was thinking that it was the least funk thing ever.
