Ok so the part where the screw for the locking nut is is stuck. I cant use any of my allen wrenches because I guess I worn the screws out, so do anyone have any ideas on how I could get them out.

You've likely stripped out your screws by using the wrong size allen wrench.

You can probably fit a needle nose plyers around the outside of the screw...

^ that, or a small set of vise-grip pliers. then I would not re-install them until you get a new set of screws. You should be able to get them at any hardware/fastener store for a few penny's each

Just remove the screws and take them to a shop and find a match. Call local stores and make sure you find one that sells parts before you take yours out.
