Chunk Schuldiner, owner of the band Death, was at his best ever to create death metal and his own scales. Schuldiner created a sound and song structure that was different than the trashy stuff at the time. Even the guitar techniques Schuldiner used were new and different. The album was a hell of lot more growled than ever was.

I still say that Death's Scream Bloody Gore is the first 100% death metal document in history of music. To this day, Scream Bloody Gore is a masterpiece ever to listen.

"Infernal Death", "Evil Dead", "Zombie Ritual", "Denial of Life" and "Regurgitated G*ts" are awesome, brutal, hard & headbanging songs ever to enjoy listening to.

Cool. Although I would say that your assertion that "Even the guitar techniques Schuldiner used were new and different." is wildly inaccurate.

Take it to the Death thread: https://www.ultimate-guitar.com/forum/showthread.php?t=408429

Wrong, "Scream Bloody Gore" is still Death's best album they have ever made.

Better vocal
Better guitar plays
Better bass
Better drum
Better lyrics

Seriously, Human over Leprosy?

What is the matter with you?

People say I'm the one with the brain problems.

And this is coming from someone who had a gay crush on Paul Masvidal for like 2 years.

I would take 'Scream Bloody Gore' over 'Symbolic', but I have to say, I think "Crystal Mountain" is probably my all-time favorite Death song.

I cant take people seriously that dont have Symbolic in their top 3 (well, I suppose I could - as seriously butthurt that Death "didnt stay true" from the albums released when you were in diapers listening to Barney)

Its the best album "as a whole"/front to back (Human is good too, even though Hoglan was the best fit for Death and Rein should've just stayed with Cynic and not kill the Florida scene)

Innovative in the scope of Death. Tight, clean production that doesnt lose dynamics/beautiful lyrics abd messages/beautiful Perennial Quest outro. The rest of the albums are legit as well (which is natural as theyre FL), but it can be argued that the majority of death metal - while plenty of classic, amazing songs with great motifs/themes - get tiresome and boring to the listener. Symbolic keeps it a fresh journey the entire play-through
.

And some albums which I wont single out by name go for sheer technicality for the sake of technicality, which in-and-of-itself does NOT = good music. Symbolic had a righteous balance to it

Chuck was most likely gay, and him and Paul Masvidalggot are not a true representation of how Floridians speak (id put it more towards the Benton side)

But you cannot doubt their chemistry (after all, metal is basically for homo black industrial goth wearers subsurvient slave scum)

Floridians speak more like Benton tbh

Yep, I sure did, and you know why?
Because I can have my own opinion on which album I prefer!
Novel concept, I know.

Even if "everyone knows" a particular song, that doesn't mean that I can't still like it.

Everyone can have an opinion on why tides go in and out, too. That doesnt make them incredibly wrong.

Oh, and I suppose you like Justin Bieber's "Baby" too (after all, everyone knows it)

Symbolic was more rigid and formulaic than Human was, and it didn't have to much voice other than Chuck (especially compared to records like Human or ITP with Andy). It was just a mediocre effort through and through. If it wasn't for the snooze fest that is Spiritual Healing I would easily name Symbolic as the second worst Death album (trumped only by the abortion that was Sound).

Know what would of been choice? Chris doing vocal duties on Scream. Would of made one of the best death metal albums even better.
