Half The Sky is a four piece pop-rock outfit based out of Melbourne, Victoria with roots from the Latrobe Valley in regional Victoria. Consisting of Sam Thomas (vocals, guitar), Kyle Charleston (guitar, vocals), Sanji Aneja (bass guitar) and Brandon Gawith (drums), the band applies heavy jazz theory and raw attitude to create a colourful blend of contemporary rock.

As of 2014, a sudden increase of exposure led the band to sit at #1 for multiple weeks on the Triple J Unearthed punk charts, gaining local media attention within Gippsland and surrounds. The band is currently finishing recording their second EP due to be released within the year, as well beginning to promote themselves with gigs from East Gippsland through to Melbourne. The band has been praised for its stage presence and fan interaction.

The single "Girls Clothes" off our forthcoming EP "Something like this, but not this".
