My budget is around 160$ and will go used if the model I am looking for is available. This would be a practice amp around 15W.

The main thing I would like to say that I would really, really prefer an amp with barely any features at all because I despise the digitilized and artificial effects most of them produce at this range. I can just buy a good pedal/processor later.

Instead I would prefer a simple amp with just a clean and overdrive channel with a few necessary dials. But the tone should be good. Ideally, the tone of a Mustang I minus all the features so that it can come under my budget

look for an older peavey or ampeg solid state.

peavey bandits are decent. in your budget thats what i would go for.
