Hey guys,

Does anyone know what kind of tele Mike Einziger is playing in this video? I can't tell what the body wood is, the headstock appears unlabeled as does the back of it as well, so I'm pretty confused. It has a Seymour Duncan humbucker in the neck that splits, and I think a single coil in the bridge (although it looks kind of like a dual coil mini humbucker, or maybe I'm just seeing things?). That's about all I'm getting...

Given that it has a flame maple top, no logo or markings on the headstock, and a Tele-sized humbucker in the bridge and a regular-sized humbucker at the neck, I suspect that it is a "Partscaster." That is to say; it is a Telecaster-style guitar that was assembled from various (probably some pretty good) parts. Who did the body and the neck? Who knows. Perhaps Warmoth, Mighty Mite, or someone else.

IIRC, he was very fond of the Fender Telecaster Thinline (with the single "F" hole) for a while.
