ryan,
Even though I'm notorious for putting lots of effects on my vocals, the effects on the vocals sound like they are in a completely different space than the intro guitar (which sounds like it is in a smallish room). Once the rest of the instrumental kicks in, I think the vocal effects fit well. Singing is good though a little pitchy a few times. Guitar playing is good. Good melodies all around. Perhaps you could review my music at this link:

I really really like the song. I really would listen to this in the car. As for the recording, there are a few things I'd change and they are mainly based around adding a bit more compression on the guitar to amplify their girth. Also I'd put a convolution reverb (I LOVE QL Spaces for this, or even the one in Logic Pro X if that is what you use.) It will add a bit of extra coherence to the track. That being said, I really really like the song. Really good stuff.

As for the C4C you can find my track at https://www.ultimate-guitar.com/forum/showthread.php?t=1671855
