How do I cancel my UG Plus/TabPro subscription?
If you want to cancel your auto-renew subscription on our website please follow next steps:
1. Sing in with your login details here.
2. Go to the "Subscriptions" section.
3. Click on the "Cancel" button.


How do I cancel subscription in iPad app?
As all payments in iOS are handled by Apple iTunes and all subscriptions are linked to your Apple ID.

In order to cancel your subscription follow next steps:
1. Open Settings on your iPad and tap on "iTunes & App Store".
2. Tap on your Apple ID, then tap on "View Apple ID".
3. In "Subscriptions" section tap on "Manage".
4. Choose an app subscription you want to cancel.
5. Tap on the toggle to switch it Off.

How do I change my username?
Basically, you can't change username. So please think twice when choosing your username.
Our system architecture is designed in next way: once you've created account with unique username, this username can be used in several over service like billing system, analytics, etc. So, if you/we change username all the billing, analytics, etc. information will be broken.


Purchased subscription in iPad app can’t get access to Tab Pro web (vice versa)
Unfortunately, despite having similar functionality Tab Pro HD/Tabs HD apps and Tab Pro web service are different. Tab Pro HD/Tabs HD were specially designed for iPad and Tab Pro web is online service available on the website only. Therefore, one purchase cannot cover both services.

But the good news is that our developer team is working on the solution and crossplatform access will be launched on April-May.

I paid for the app on my iphone, but cannot access the same features on my iPad and am loathed to pay twice, is there a plan to link iphone and iPad accounts?

Thanks, I wasn't sure if that was just linking web based site to iPad app as well as iphone as it was not mentioned.
I'll just hold out and see what happens and wait for the big screen!

I purchase a lifetime subscription on my iPad and now can't access it on my iPad. It keeps asking me to re-subscribe. Is this what is being fixed in by April-May? It sounds like it's a cross platform problem that is being fixed, so maybe I have a different problem?

Hello, I created an account by accident (fooled by one of your banners) and I would like it deleted. Can you please point me to how to delete my account? Or can you please do so for me? I know I can stop using it, but I also don't want UG to have my email address on your database.

I think there's an option to change your email address at the control panel, correct me if it's not right

Like others, I have the lifetime subscription and am trying to figure out when the cross platform iPad/iPhone will be available. I assume the target date is sometime in May of 2015 and when done, we'll be able to use one subscription on iPad and iPhone. Correct? Thanks.

i just purchased Tab Pro but when i open the tabs of a song it just shows a white window...

Where on earth does Ultimate Guitar show in one place all of the "products" it offers, and clearly explains what each one does and doesn't do? I unfortunately just joined and feel scammed already.

The main service that UG offers is Tab Pro, which is spread across the following devices: computer, iPod/iPad, and Android devices.

The other paid service is "ad free" browsing across the website.

In the past, the Tab Pro service was not cross-platform and users had to pay separately for both computer access and mobile access.

From what I understand, they now have cross-platform functionality.

Which products, specifically, are you referring to? How do you feel scammed?

From what I understand from the "April May" timeline for syncing devices ..My "favourites" or playlist should be able to sync now? (between iPhone, iPad, and iMac accounts) ?

As far as I know, the syncing between devices only means that you can now use one account for all of the devices, whereas before you had to pay separately for each one.

it seems odd that my payment has been taken twice too, even though i definitely only put it through once! is this common on here?

im not having a good experience of this site. Didnt get the free trial on tab pro. Now paid but cant use it. The play button is inactive. Iv looked in questions and i can see 'advice' for this but i dont know what it means. i dont know what 'safari' is or how to find it.

it says flash might need updating or something. Im not understanding this because the tab pro did work for all of my 2 hour free trial! So my laptop is obviously suitable for tab pro.

have spent all evening trying to find my way around this, and im even paying for the confusion.

Hate moaning. it so negative. but im seriously wishing i hadnt signed up, plus iv been charged twice so got that to sort out tommorow.

Now I have installed Tab-Pro on my iPad.
I have tried to log in with my account, but it is not working.

Can anybody clarify why it is not working ?

I got it....
After several trying, I succeeded :-)
You have to install Tab Pro on your Ipad, that's clear
Then you have to connect through "Account"
Be care to use the right login:
This was my mistake.
I used my email address (the same login I used to access to the forum) ,
Mistake !
You have to use the login from your profile : By default: email address without the chars after @......

Hi Everyone,
I am the newbie on the bloc. Just joined and what I thought was an absolutely brilliant app is turning out to be something more sinister. I joined on I Pad this morning and now that I opened up on my Mac Pro I am , like everyone else by the sounds of it, being asked for more money to run Tab Pro. I also tried to put the app on I Phone and Tab Pro looks like it's being run as a separate company, even UG is asking for another payment for the app on I Phone.
Come on guys , potentially this could be really good but it needs some serious input fairly soon to be a credible long term runner. Can we please have the latest direct from the horses mouth.
As I understand it from the forum blurb, these tweaks should have been implemented by now.

Right now Tab Pro service is cross-platform and allows you to synchronize all your favorites and playlists under one UG account.
In order to get access to your Tab Pro account on your mobile device please download:
Tab Pro#1 --on your iPhone (from Apple App Store)
Tab Pro#1 --on your iPad (from Apple App Store)
Tab Pro#1 -- on your Android (from Google Play Market)
After downloading any of these apps, in order to sign in to Tab Pro account on the device you should use the username and password for the account under which you've purchased the Tab Pro full mobile access subscription.

All other types of apps --- Tabs HD,Tab Pro for iPhone or Android, and Tabs for iOS or Android --- are designed specifically for each respective device and are not cross-platform.

I decided to purchase the 3 month subscription. Ok...so I did and then they try to charge me for the Lifetime Subscription. Why ? I did not purchase the Lifetime Sub....and now I am told that if they charge my card 4 times, the account will be suspended? WTF ? I didnt even tell them to charge it "once" for that amount. So I deleted my card off of my account. And the "only" response I receive from them is automated.

They did not address my concerns, nor did they rectify the situation. The automated email is all I got, and it stated the "if the charge is declined 4 times, your account is suspended"

Do they even respond from an actual person?

what's the difference between "Tab Pro#1 --on your iPhone (from Apple App Store)" and
"Tab Pro for iPhone"

I upgraded to TabPro on the iPhone, but always asked to upgrade online and with tabpro on iPad??

Help, I've purchase the iPad app but can't seem to get the app working with the full version as it keeps asking me to buy it again, bit worried about doing this after reading the payment problems on here
