Need a pick guard for a MIK epiphone Les Paul will a Gibson pick guard fit it or do I need to order one from epiphone.

I don't see why a Gibson wouldn't fit. The only difference between Gibsons and Epiphones is where they are made.

The Gibson pickguard will not fit.....

and Epiphone doesn't sell replacement parts

I'd look at places like StewMac or similar
