If the battery's okay, perhaps the switch is having problems. EBow's site is here: http://www.ebow.com/home.php

It's been a decade since I've had one, but as I recall, the guts were pretty much encapsulated; I think "repair" is more a case of "replace."

The guts are indeed encapsulated yet I only needed to break one small piece of plastic to get inside. Best I can tell it's kaput. Still waiting on a response from the company.
