Hey pals

I'm interested in buying a Yamaha THR-10C... I've looked into the stock THR but the 'high gain' stuff doesn't buy me completely, however, sometimes I play some 'heavy' stuff just for fun and I'd like how the Yamaha responds to analog pedals. I got a Suhr Riot and a Fulltone OCD for distortion, and in the other side I have a bass preamp to use with the Yamaha too.

I've searched in the web and in many other forums but I got no clear response. So, I'd appreciate a little help from you guys.

Cheers!

PD: Sorry if I have any mistake (I'm improving my english)

I'm an owner of the THR10X and tried the regular v2 and the C model. I can tell you that to be honest, the amps do not respond all that well to pedals. If you play heavy stuff, I would recommend the X because you can still back off the gain on it, plus the 'Deluxe' model on the C is the same as the 'Clean' on the X - a Fender Hot Rod Deluxe. So I mean, you can play everything on the X, not so with C. It is the same as the 4+ channel metal monsters being the most versatile amp heads there are.
The above post is in terms of 'YMMV' and 'IMO', etc...
