This track is called When it Gets Dark, I feel this is more of a darker side of my writing! its not recorded professionally but its another one of my tracks that I will eventually get around to taking in to a studio and adding drums, leads and keys. it was recorded with my zoom recording device C4C as always!

Like it! In that form it has a 70s Americana feel at times.
The core of the song is strong and memorable so it should still be a strong track however you instrumentate it. Post it up whenever it's done.

I like it, especially the vocals.

Thanks man, I felt they were a little too quiet in the verses but as its only a demo I know ill get whoever produces it to bring the vocals out more! and I appreciate this comment as I am not confident with my vocals yet but getting there

Hello there.

I dont normally listen to purely acoustic tracks (2D metal head syndrome ) so I'm not sure I can give much in the way of helpful crit - but here's what I thought:

I quite liked the guitar part but thought it would benefit from some lead parts here and there - to bridge between the vocal passages. Maybe like an arpeggio of the main chords in a higher voicing around 1:50. I know this only a demo so I imagine you will develop it when it comes to a more final recording.

The vocals sound pretty well done given that you havent done a full mix on them. They bounced around across my headphones a bit much at times, but thats a mix issue so no biggie at this stage.

Cheers

Nice rhythms bro. At times if felt like you were missing the beat. Sounded a bit like Goetze to me. A very nice track in all. Your vocals, style and all, fit in perfectly.

Not much to crit actually. TFS.

You are what they call a “rhythm guitarist”. While it's not as glamorous as playing lead you can still get laid. Especially if you can sing and play.
