Hey everyone, check out our latest self-produced single that we just put out. Last year around June we put out a 5 song EP that some people on here liked and this is a much better recording! Let us know what you think!

The song is available as a free download on our bandcamp, and make sure to check us out on Facebook!

This is very cool. I like the laid back opening- the vocals have an odd alt-j esque quality. The song comes into its own at 1:30. The mix needs some work. All parts are well played they just need levels checked. The guitars are too low in my view and are a bit muddy. Great parts though and well played. The solo section is interesting and something a bit different. All in all this is very promising- would be interested to hear more from you guys.

Hey guys

Really enjoyed the riff, your voice is something different than from what I'm used to in a hard rock band but I mean that in a positive light as it actually goes well with the song. The vocals have somewhat of a Jonothan Davis feel to them in some parts which I like.

The only critique I have (as Richo1985) also mentioned is that the levels (particularly guitar parts) seem a bit off. This song needs either an overdub or a extra guitar. It will make the riffs shine as they are actually quite awesome. On the bridge, seems like there needs to be something to join the bass and the guitar solo.

Overall I really enjoyed your song. Looking forward to hearing more from you guys and will definitely be following on FB.

Regards

Thanks for the criticism and for the Facebook like! Glad that you liked the song.

Thanks to everyone else as well, we'll definitely keep these things in mind for our future recordings.

I'll get to listening/critiquing everybody's tracks now!

Great composition. I'm hearing a bit of Alice in Chains in the sound. I was liking the drumming intricacies after the 1:00 minute mark... (double time triplets). I did feel that the overall drum sound was a little thin or perhaps a little too much from the overheads.

I'm feeling it.

Love your rhythm - very blues / funk.

The heavy tone is awesome, but the clean guitar seems out of place in the beginning of the track at times (not the rhythm).

I like the track overall, but I feel the vocals are a bit weak - they sound a bit out of tune to me. Also, what effects do you have on the vocals? I think the effects also kill the vocals (sounds like a chorus you have on).

The drums are alright, technically cool, but somehow need to come together better. Same with the lead - interesting stuff, but doesnt come together all as well.

I think technically, you're all great musicians, but you've got to find your sound as a band.

You are what they call a “rhythm guitarist”. While it's not as glamorous as playing lead you can still get laid. Especially if you can sing and play.

Certainly didn't except the blues/funk intro! Sounds great, really nice transition to the heavier part. Nice development so far. Vocals really remind me of a mix between Layne Stayley and CCR. Cool shuffle groove with the drums, and awesome chorus!

I think overall the mix could've sounded a bit heavier, but the songwriting is there! Keep up the good work
