Because this is a forum related to discussion/questions regarding guitar technique, what you did in that thread was just post a video without anything else. It doesn't belong in this forum if there is no question regarding it (for example, "how did he do that at 0:30") or to bring up a discussion (example, would you say that picking style x in this video is better than picking style y that this other player uses).

It is random and it is not allowed to just drop random videos around the forum. Reddit is a better place for that.

You just posted a video with no context and no explanation. This forum isn't for posting random videos that you've found, especially when you don't even bother to explain why you've posted it. That's arguably borderline spam but I assumed it wasn't your own youtube channel or anything underhanded so simply closed the thread.

Feel free to include a video if you're looking for help with a particular technique or song as it will obviously help others understand the issue, just don't create threads to share videos just because you think they're cool as that's not the purpose of this forum. Stuff like that is more suited to the bands and artists forum but even there you shouldn't just post video links without at least some sort of explanation to go with them - there's a Random Shred chat thread where a video like that would likely be appreciated https://www.ultimate-guitar.com/forum/showthread.php?t=186938
