Hey everyone,

So I got my RP1000 hooked up to my 1960a cab. It worked just fine at first then I started encountering a strange problem. The volume will begin to decrease until it gets to the point that I can't hear anything. If I do hear it sounds like everyone has been turned to the lowest volume possible. Turning it up doesn't seem to fix the problem. I was worried it was my half stack, however the moment I unplugged the pedal board my amp was fine and played at the volume I had it set at.

Anyone experience anything like this using four cable method?

Jumper the FX loop and see if it still does it.

I'm sorry, can you explain what you mean exactly? I admit I'm not sure what the fx loop should be set up to. The amp head has the fx loop pushing out and on the rp1000 as well.

2:18 It shows how to hook it up. It's already set up that way.

Edit: Ok, so only one cable and then what?

I'm at work so I can't check just yet. But you're saying from fx out to in but not the return loop back to the pedalboard?
