It's got a JB and a 59 IIRC. Should be a decent choice. Lots of metal guys use those. They'll do the punk stuff very well too.

The SL2 Pro comes with a JB and 59 don't they? They should do what you what fairly well. Depends on what amp you're running this through though.

EDIT: Damn it Cath

could you clean this up a little bit? and apply formatting? its borderline illegible.

i would be happy to help you but formatting would make it easier.

Since you didn't tell us in that last humbucker thread of your's: What is your amp?
Charvel So-Cal (SH6TB/N, killswitch), Jackson RR5FR (TB6/Jazz, Drop C). Joyo pxl pro.
Loop1=Crybaby from hell, Boss PS-5, Seymour Duncan 805 or Green Rhino, EQD Hoof or Earthbound Audio Super Collider. Loop 1 into ISP Decimator II.
Loop 2 (FX loop)-Line6 M9, TC Spark Mini. Loop 2 into mxr 10band. All into a Peavey Triple XXX 212, Ibanez IL15.

I'd prefer active EMG 81/85 for most of that stuff. Havok and Exodus use the 81 in the bridge. Not sure about the others. The new SLXFMG looks pretty sweet for this.

Jackson offers JB/59 in several models. Just go through their website.

I'd also look into a Duncan Distortion in the bridge if you want something different than the JB.
Guitars:
Ibanez RG1570 Prestige
Jackson Kelly KE3 - MIJ (Distortion/Jazz)
Jackson DKMGT Dinky (EMG 81/85)
ESP E-II Eclipse Custom (JB/'59)
ESP LTD EC-1001FR (EMG 81/60)
Fender MIM Strat

Amps:
Mesa/Boogie Dual Rectifier Roadster 212
Laney IronHeart IRT-Studio
Peavey Vypyr 30
Peavey ReValver Amp Sims
TOOOO many T.C. Electronic Pedals. . .
