I can't see anything wrong with it. Looks pretty standard.

Lead dress and grounding scheme are usually a bigger deal. The layout on paper doesn't mean too much besides making sure you don't have any really serious interference or signal routing issues.

If you ever look at any pictures of HiWatt guts(which are like amp builders fap material) then you've likely seen this layout. Should be fine if youre looking to make a dead on hiwatt clone.

edit: tube-town.net sells a routed chassis that would fit this layout. Here is a BoM for all the parts in that layout.

The problem here is that if you use this chassis, your be locked into buying very specific filter caps. In other words, you'd have to buy the chassis first, then measure the diameter of the filter cap holes and then proceed to buy the correct parts.
