Hi. Here's a song I've been working on lately. The music (acoustic guitar) is complete, and the lyrics almost are. I'd like to know what you guys and gals think. It's always tough to critique your own work so some feed back would be most appreciated. Thanks.

Here's a rather intriguing tale I'd like to share with you,
the curious tale of Ronnie no Shoes.
He had an extremely high IQ and questioned everything on the news.
There's propaganda in your living room.

Ronnie never had much faith,
Poor old Ronnie no Shoes.

Ronnie's concerned for the world, “Ordo ab choa” from Bilderberg.
We're all under their control.
Darwinism is imperative and destabilized narratives
are the only things they know.

Ronnie never had much faith,
Poor old Ronnie no Shoes.
Ronnie found the rabbit hole today,
Poor old Ronnie no shoes.

How long do you think we'll stay,
docile, working as you're slaves?

There's fluoride in your cup of tea, an hour class society,
these things Ronnie can not bare.
Bankers who rob us blind, a rich and poor universal divide.
Yet no one seems to care.

Ronnie never had much faith,
Poor old Ronnie no Shoes.

If he mentions chem-trails, VeriChips, pyramids or global debt
then the dog has seen the card trick.
Capitalistic bullshit dreams helps the divide of equality.
The elite now have their wish.

Ronnie never had much faith,
Poor old Ronnie no Shoes.
Ronnie wants to re-tilt their crooked game.
Poor old Ronnie not Shoes.

Seems pretty heavily geared toward the Conspiracy Theory type.
I'm sure Alex Jones and Dave Mustaine would like it.
As far as what I think?...
I'd have to hear the lyrics as part of the music with the entire song.
Lyrics alone are hard to judge and sometimes seem meaningless or odd without the context of the musical mood behind it.
I'm just more of a musician than a poet or wordsmith, so lyrics alone don't really give me anything.
Good luck with it, and be sure to share the final song when you're done.

Thanks for the reply mate. I'm not saying I agree or believe all/some of the conspiracy theories. I just find them interesting and was inspired to give my interpretation about someone who may. In this case Ronnie. I do agree with you though that with lyrics only it is hard to judge. I appreciate the reply anyhow, and I will share the song once it's complete. Cheers again bud.
