I'm learning pinch harmonics and I've noticed something I want to know if its fact or coincidence.

I have a guitar in regular tuning. Harder to pinch, I have a second one tuned down a half as step.

Is the fact that the strings are more loose easier to pinch?or is it the guitar itself or just coincidence?

I'm fairly sure your observation is right, tighter strings, in my experience, make harmonics harder to get right, I think because the string's range of motion is smaller.
