Looks like a typical 80s MIJ Fender Mustang. A closeup of the bridge and back of the headstock serial # would confirm.

Not my favorite guitar. Short scale, down market PUs, student quality guitar. Personally I like most Squier Teles and Strats better but hey, some famous folks played em.
