I have a line 6 flextone 2 with footboard, & wondering if there is a refererence for what amps various bands use or used.

You can try in guitargeek.com. There you can find info about lot of bands's gear, including amps.

Guitar Geek is great but often outdated - you basically need to google search to see what each band is using currently since they change a lot. Also, what they used in studio may not be the same as their touring rig.

This is a fantastic resource. I haven't personally seen a better site for this kind of thing.

Correct link: http://equipboard.com/

Just checked this out. This looks pretty great, possibly better than uberproaudio. Looks pretty descriptive.

EDIT: Never mind. It is detailed, but only about really popular musicians, it seems. Uberproaudio has tons more stuff that I'm personally interested in.

Off the top of my head searching, no Black Dahlia Murder, Gojira, BtBaM or AAL on equipboard
