A Vox AC would do the trick.

One of the VT modelling ones if you're on a budget.

A tube screamer type pedal too, and about 80 delays...
Epiphone Les Paul Plus Top
Jet City JCA5212RC (SLO Modded)
Ibanez WD7 Wah
Mad Professor Sweet Honey Overdrive
TC Electronic Flashback Triple Delay
TC Electronic Trinity Reverb

TS, I'm sure you know but Paisley is one hellacious player, so I'd say that more than the usual amount of his sound just comes from his playing.

That said, +1 to this gentleman.
I'm just a kickin' and a gougin' in the mud and the blood and the beer.

Looked here:

I'd say an amp that does good cleans and can be driven OK would be good- Vox sounds right. Carvin, too.

Add a decent OD, tremolo and a delay or 5, and you're most of the way there.

it's hard to copy a guy who always plays with the most expensive and customized gear out there.
punk isn't dead, it's always smelled that way.
