I know the picture isn't the best, but do any of you know what company this is? The emblem is on the head stock of the guitar & that is the only distinctive mark I can find. I just want to know what kind of guitar I have stumbled across haha.
Looks kinda like a parrot banging a finch.
I think a picture of the guitar would be a good idea instead of the aforementioned parrot and finch love party.
Yeah- a search for "butterfly inlay guitar headstock" got a lot of hits, but no matches.
Now I see the butterfly.
S'allright- it took me a few minutes to see a parrot banging a finch.
^ You're lucky. I can't unsee a parrot banging a finch now.
Things that make you go hmmmm...
more like wtf
From what I can find out, probably a 70's era Japanese guitar. Lots were made with the butterfly logo, some with a brand name, some just the butterfly. Quality varies from useless plywood slabs to decent set neck Les Paul copies. Some also had single coil pickups under a HB cover...So far I haven't found out who actually made them...I can say it's not Ibanez, Epiphone, Harmony, Cortez, Memphis...
