I know that you can slow down music in VLC and WMP but I'm looking for a tool with more precise control over how much I can slow down audio files. VLC can only slow/speed up music by 10% at the very least, and WMP has even less precise control than that.

Audacity is simply too big for this one simple job.

I use Audacity, Transcribe!, and Amazing Slow Downer.
