Anyone know of any good UK based sites to buy used/secondhand guitars and equipment?

I'm not too keen on using the American sites like guitar center because I have a feeling shipment and delivery is gonna end up costing quite a bit, unless I'm wrong on this.

Thank you!
how do you edit signature?

Gumtree's our somewhat better-looking counterpart to craigslist. Classified ads, usually collection only.

There's an awesome group on Facebook with around 25k members. Bought and traded loads of there with no issues. Search UK guitar/amp/gear exchange

Yea, but noone I know has ever admitted to using craigslist here; whereas a bunch have used gumtree.

Well, the serial killers anonymous group I'm in has used craigslist a lot, but, you know... anonymity

Johnny Roadhouse in Manchester. They mail out. Fast turnover of gear, been in business for about 70 years or something. Used to trade gear through them when I was younger as I grew up there. Google it.

I bought something there once.

Never used gumtree (because I never found anything there when I looked).

Only ever used gumtree to get rid of stuff, tbh. Like about half a tonne of gravel out of the parent's garden.

FWIW, if you live near a guitarguitar store, if there's something on their site but not in your local store, they'll ship it over for you to try.
